This 100% silk stars-and-moons cape and hat from Sarah's Silks will magically transform you into a Wizard or Magician! The cape is 32 inches long with a comfortable elastic neckband and a gold ribbon tie. The tall pointed hat has batting to hold it's form and an elastic headband to adjust to different head sizes. Fits most girls and boys ages 3-8 years.
